Sanatorium Secrets is a medium volatility game where wins are multiplied by the base bet. All values are expressed as actual wins in coins. Only the highest win is paid per winning combination on the same payway, and winnings on multiple payways are added to the total win. Free Spins and Respin wins are added to the pay way win and are awarded after the round completes. The RTP is shown in-game; when using the ANTE BET, the RTP is shown in-game. Symbols

Wild Symbols

• 1×4 Wild Symbol: Can appear only on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Substitutes for all symbols except the SCATTER and SUPER SCATTER symbols. When it hits, it can randomly carry a multiplier of 4x or 8x, applied to all winning combinations it passes through. Multipliers add to each other if more than one is present in the same winning combination.

• 1×1 Wild Symbol: Can appear only on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Substitutes for all symbols except SCATTER and SUPER SCATTER. This symbol appears only through the conversion of a high-paying symbol by the HOOK symbol.

Hook Symbol

• Can appear only on reels 1 and 6. When it hits, it grabs all high-paying symbols on the same row, transforming itself into a matching high-paying symbol or a cluster of them. It also converts high-paying symbols into 1×1 Wild symbols. If the HOOK passes over any WILD symbol, it doubles the Wild’s multiplier.

Scatter Symbols

• Scatter Symbol: Can appear on reels 2, 3, 4, or 5.
• Super Scatter Symbol: Can appear only on reel 6.

Free Spins

• Hit 3 or more SCATTER symbols to trigger the Free Spins feature.
