Game Rules

• SHERLOCK AND THE STOLEN GEMS is a slot machine with 6 reels and 6 rows, and it also has a free spins feature.
• The SPIN button starts a spin with the selected bet.
• If a combination of symbols gives more than one win, the highest win will be awarded with the configuration that produces the highest multiplier.
• The winning combinations and the prizes are decided according to the paytable. The wins shown in this table reflect the currency in play at that time.
• When players line up 7 or more consecutive symbols of the same kind, either horizontally or vertically, they will transform into a “Sticky Cluster”.
• There may be more than one “Sticky Cluster” on each spin.
• “Sticky Clusters” award wins and remain stuck together on the reels.
• Symbols identical to those in the cluster but which are not joined to it will also be stuck on the reels, except when there are 2 or more clusters with different symbols between them.
• The clusters will trigger a respin after being stuck. The following will also happen:
• The remaining symbols that are not part of a cluster will be destroyed before the respin.
• If the respin is triggered by 1 or more clusters of the same type of symbol, only symbols of the same kind will remain stuck on the reels when the new symbols cascade, allowing the cluster to gradually increase in size.
• If the respin is triggered by 2 or more clusters of different types of symbols, only symbols of the same kind will remain stuck on the reels when the new symbols cascade, allowing the different clusters to gradually increase in size.
• The spin ends when there are no new symbols stuck on the reels, nor any Sherlock or Moriarty symbols on the reels.

Expanding Sherlock

• At the end of a spin, if there are 1 or more Sherlock symbols, these symbols will go to the center of the reels, destroying symbols that do not belong to a cluster and triggering a new respin, and, in turn, expanding the reels to 8×8.

Expanding Moriarty

• At the end of a spin, if there are 1 or more Moriarty symbols, these symbols will increase in size to 1×3 to display a symbol that will form a cluster of up to 3×3. This cluster may come in contact with other clusters that were also present before the spin, affecting the type of symbol that Moriarty will show in his hand.
• If there are no clusters that were already in the spin, the symbol shown by Moriarty will be the one that forms the largest cluster out of those present in the spin.
• If there is only a single cluster in the spin, the symbol chosen will be the one forming that cluster.
• If there is more than 1 cluster with different symbols in the spin, Moriarty may touch 1 or more of them, in which case the possibilities for the chosen symbol in his hand are as follows:
  • If he touches a cluster, the chosen symbol will be the one forming that cluster.
  • If he touches more than 1 cluster, the chosen symbol will be the one forming the cluster that he expands to cover the biggest area.
  • If he doesn’t touch any cluster, a cluster will be created using the symbol forming the nearest cluster. When there are multiple clusters equidistant from Moriarty, he will choose to show the most valuable in his hand and create the new cluster.
• Once expanded and after showing the symbol as described in the previous points, he will cover a 3×3 symbols area with the symbol that he is holding in his hand, with the following being taken into account:
• Moriarty will not replace symbols from other clusters, Sherlock symbols, or WILDs.
• In the 3×3 symbols area in which the symbol for display is supposed to be placed, he will only be able to place these symbols if the already existing symbols in that particular location are not part of another cluster.

Free Spins Bonus Feature

• If you land 3 or more BONUS symbols, you will be awarded 5 free spins on a x1 multiplier level.
• During the free spins feature, the reels will be 8×8 in size.
• During the free spins feature, BONUS symbols will fill up the Big Ben progress bar, raising the feature multiplier by up to x5 and awarding additional spins with each increase in the multiplier.
• To advance to the first level, you must get 3 BONUS symbols. Upon reaching the first level, you will receive 5 additional spins and the multiplier will increase to x2.
• To advance to the second level, you must get 3 BONUS symbols on the first level. Upon reaching the second level, you will receive 5 additional spins and the multiplier will increase to x3.
• To advance to the third level, you must get 3 BONUS symbols on the second level. Upon reaching the third level, you will receive 5 additional spins and the multiplier will increase to x5. The multipliers will be applied to the wins. BONUS symbols do not appear on the third level.
• BONUS symbols will also disappear from the spin during the free spins feature.
• The free spins feature is played with some special reels.
• The Free Spins Bonus Feature is played at the same betting level as the spin that activated the feature.
• If the game gets interrupted during a free spins bonus, the game shall randomly complete the round and store the winnings. Upon the next connection to the game, the winnings shall be credited to the player’s balance and a complete replay of the bonus round shall be available at the Historical Betting interface.
